Replacement Policy

While growing kratom plants is very easy, we still encourage every buyer to read up on how to grow plants and take their attempt at growing these amazing trees seriously. We have a 1 month warranty on plants ; one of the only requirements for this is that one follows the directions that are included with your order. If this is done, and your plant still dies within the first month after arrival, we will send you a replacement*. The other requirement is a photo of the plant, when it dies or is dying, sent to us within that first month. 

Replacements are a one time deal – we will not replace the replacement.

*Customer may be asked to pay for shipping.
